From the bedroom there is access to the balcony, which is furnished with a table and two chairs. This apartment offers everything you need. In the modern fitted kitchen with all appliances (ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, espresso machine etc.), dishes and cutlery you can eat comfortably. The living room with large LCD TV with DVD and a comfortable sofa invites you to relax. The shower room is tiled white. Working is also possible: there is WIFI. A safe, washing machine and dryer are also available. Cleaning service, laundry service and parking space in the courtyard of Annagraben 49 (neighboring house) can be booked at extra cost. Alternatively, there is a fee-paying car park within 1 minute's walking distance in the Friedensplatzgarage (approach Oxfordstraße or Annagraben).
